Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I'm thinking about creating my own but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any tips or suggestions? With thanks

@Ult: The CF is up to you, normally in my pugs we at least have a shaman to get my 1sec GCD (sitting around 955 haste from gear only), but if you're consistently having a much higher GCD (1.0x really isn't that bad... you're not even going to notice .09 of a sec).

There's a few pieces I picked up in my transition from 3/3 to 0/3 CF that I found pretty helpful in keeping my 264 gear SP from dropping too much. One of the most useful was the wrists from Jaraxxus 25m (Bracers/Bindings of the Autumn Willow, highest lvl leather wrist with sp/spirit/haste; I eventually replaced these with the sp/spirit/crit wrists from Dreamwalker after I reached haste cap to bring my SP back up) and make your Blessed Cenarion Boots ASAP. I also recommend picking up the cloth sp/spirit/haste head piece from Saurfang 10m (Thaumaturge's Crackling Cowl), I've been trying to wrangle up the Heroic version but too many clothies argue with me :(. I also recommend picking up the Vestments of Spruce and Fir (95 Frost Emblems), I'm pretty positive that's BiS but it might be beaten by some Heroic version chest. It's been a while since I actually reached 80 and geared out my resto spec (sitting at 6075 gs now), so I've kind of forgotten some of the more helpful pieces I picked up, I do remember I had 4T9 set for quite a while and most of my gear was purchased with emblems.

@Brattwurst I also contemplated doing 2T9 and 2T10 set bonuses, but decided against it when I looked at my overall heals... Normally ~50% comes from Rejuv, ~25% from WG and the last 25 is almost an equal mixture of Nourish, SM, LB and Regrowth. I also looked at my play style and I tend to choose SM (if it's off CD) before I'll start casting Nourish, just because it's only a 15sec CD and in most raids you won't actually NEED it, it's more of a way to steal some hps from Pally/Shamans.

Just from personal experience I don't choose to use the 4T10 set bonus because I tend to click too fast and end up refreshing the person it proc'd on right after it happens (so it wastes a GCD), but it is actually a practical set bonus depending on your play style, I did like the 4T9 a lot better.

Armory Link: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Eredar&cn=Thchronic

I provided my Armory link in case someone wants to check out my gear/spec/glyphs. This site is actually where I started doing my research into raiding as Resto Druid, so I figured I'd come back and try to enlighten some other trees with what I've found through my experience.

so here is my question. i have become obsessed with this elusive haste cap and am drowning in the numbers.
at the end of the day the goal is to reach a GCD of 1.0 sec. what would be fantastic is to have an addon or some way of telling exactly WHAT my GCD is.. have i missed a big obvious note somewhere whilst getting smashed with numbers and formulas and buffs and things

Like holodream i'm confused about the numbers here. Maybe i don't understand how GotEM works or something, but i thought it was something like this:

hard cap 50% haste = 50%
-10% from GotEM
-5% from totem
-3% from moonkin/pally
that leaves 50% - 18% = 32%

But in your big list of numbers it says i need only 26.10% (the number at the bottom of the list). It's driving me nuts, am i forgetting something or doing the calculations wrong?
